Vice President, Mining, Minerals & Metals

Much of Clint’s experience has been with mine facilities and mine residue reclamation on projects worldwide. Each project is unique, requiring a thorough understanding of site conditions, creative thinking during design, and objective assessment of reclamation results. Reclamation projects require various technical facets, including geology, geotechnical engineering, hydrology, geochemistry, and agronomy.

Clint has written over 30 published pieces, most of which focus on case histories of completed projects, outlining the site conditions, what was done, how things turned out, and what we can learn from the project. A recent publication featured the case history of an open-pit uranium mine that was reclaimed to become a freshwater lake used as a trophy bass fishery.

Consistent with geotechnical and reclamation work, Clint enjoys being outdoors, including hiking (especially in the Colorado mountains), landscape photography, and painting. Indoor activities include competitive handball.
