Currently working toward his professional engineer designation in Ontario, Shane is a project manager and civil engineering designer with our Toronto Community Development team. Throughout his career, he has supported a diverse range of land development and infrastructure projects, contributing to civil engineering design, feasibility studies, project budgeting, construction administration, and development approvals. Working with municipalities, conservation authorities, and other regulatory agencies, he has gained experience guiding projects from planning and design through implementation.
Drawing on experience across commercial, institutional, residential, and mixed-use developments, Shane brings a well-rounded perspective to project delivery. Known for his ability to identify what drives a project and what matters most to clients, he combines technical expertise with practical problem-solving to help navigate complex project requirements. He’s passionate about delivering projects that support the everyday functions of communities and enjoys seeing the tangible impact this work has on the places people live, work, and connect.
