Based in Chicago, Manoshree has more than 20 years of experience in dam safety and rehabilitation as a geotechnical engineer, project manager, and client service manager. She helps clients meet their dam safety requirements by providing condition assessments, monitoring, training, and safe and economical dam rehabilitation solutions.
In addition, she currently serves as Stantec’s regional sector leader for dams in the Eastern US. In this role, Manoshree supports account managers and project teams to provide sustainable solutions for their clients and the communities they serve.
Manoshree is a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)-approved Part 12D independent consultant, and she has spent five years at the FERC-Chicago regional office in the Division of Dam Safety and Inspections. She stays active in the engineering community by participating in technical committees for the United States Society on Dams (USSD) and serving as a peer review member for the Association of State Dam Safety Officials (ASDSO).
