Cris always tries to consider all perspectives when approaching a challenge or issue. Every participant has an important role whether they are internal discipline engineers, client-side managers, or end-users. He believes that understanding the priorities of all parties is key to delivering successful projects and building trust.
As a civil engineer, Cris typically leads or contributes to the design of water infrastructure, focusing on buried utilities, site design, and technical coordination for projects with public agencies. He finds that working with public agencies on water projects gives our teams a unique opportunity to provide security and reassurance to our society. If people can turn on the faucet, flush the toilet, walk in nature, or swim in the ocean without a second thought, we’re succeeding in our mission.
Outside of work, Cris enjoys hiking and traveling. He also loves music and often plays his guitar and bass at home for his wife and dog.
