As a leader within the Southern Alberta Community Development team, David excels at guiding multidisciplinary teams through complex projects. With over 17 years of industry experience, he meticulously plans and integrates every aspect of the development process, supporting a seamless fit between diverse sites and technical expertise. His ability to source top talent and maintain an open mindset brings a fresh, comprehensive perspective to his clients.
David's extensive international work across Australia, Asia, and North America has given him a unique understanding of project success across various sectors. Most recently, he’s played a pivotal role on the Alpine Park, Glacier Ridge, and Harmony subdivisions in Calgary as well as on a wide range of redevelopment and vertical projects. A registered professional planner (RPP) with a project management professional designation, David is also a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners.
As an outdoor enthusiast, David embraces Calgary's energetic lifestyle. He can often be found mountain biking and photographing the natural beauty around him.
