As executive vice president, Infrastructure, Arliss provides leadership across our North American business. Her portfolio spans transportation and community development, including ports and marine, roadways and bridges, transit and rail, airports, residential and commercial development, and landscape architecture. Arliss brings together teams across markets and business lines to support sustained growth, strengthen collaboration, and drive operational excellence.

With more than 20 years at Stantec, Arliss offers a broad, integrated perspective shaped by leadership roles in transportation, regional operations, and buildings. Her experience across our business gives her a deep understanding of how we connect expertise across geographies and disciplines to solve complex challenges.

Arliss brings a people-first leadership approach to the role, and believes that when teams are supported, trusted, and given opportunities to grow, strong business results follow. She works to create inclusive environments where people can build well‑rounded careers, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute diverse ways of thinking. She also actively encourages teams to work beyond traditional boundaries to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and communities.

Motivated by the visible impact of our work, Arliss is inspired by opportunities to help shape the places where people live, work, and gather. Projects such as the Calgary Cancer Centre and the BMO Convention Centre expansion reflect her commitment to work that strengthens communities and creates resilient, thriving places.
