With more than 20 years of experience in the high voltage power transmission industry, Phaedra has been involved with and led teams on projects that include high voltage direct current (HVDC) systems, high voltage cables, power system studies, and substation grounding studies and design.
Phaedra worked closely with a client to implement and maintain compliance with North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection standards for their HVDC systems. She is currently leading Stantec’s team on the development of the Kudus-Aarey HVDC project in Mumbai, India. Being a consulting engineer for clients around the world has exposed Phaedra to a diversity of projects, geographies, and cultures throughout her career.
Outside of work, Phaedra spends her time with family going for walks and bike rides, kayaking, playing board games, and other activities. She also enjoys socializing with her extended family and friends.
