A project manager and environmental scientist, Tom focuses on efficiently delivering quality results for clients. He manages and leads natural resource permitting and construction compliance on large-scale utility, renewable energy, transportation, and municipal projects. He’s also performed wetland delineations on tens of thousands of acres and hundreds of miles across New England.
Recently, Tom has coordinated field surveys and successfully permitted several transmission line maintenance and rebuild projects in New Hampshire, and he will be serving as an expert witness on a project currently under review by the New Hampshire Site Evaluation Committee. His responsiveness and expertise navigating a challenging and frequently changing regulatory landscape have made him a trusted advisor to utility clients.
Away from work, Tom enjoys hunting, fishing, mountain biking, hiking, and exploring the outdoors with his wife and two sons.
