As a senior project manager, Maurice works closely with our project teams to plan and organize project designs to meet budget, schedule, and design intent. He is experienced in planning, design, construction documentation, and construction administration on a variety of project types.
Maurice is passionate about projects that transform local communities and stimulate intrinsic value in the surrounding neighborhood. He enjoys the challenge of creating spatial relationships and working through the process of developing collaborative design solutions. Regardless of the project, Maurice always considers a satisfied client (or community) rewarding. He believes listening and being adaptable are critical aspects to understanding a client’s needs and is motivated by working on projects that make a difference.
When he’s not working, Maurice enjoys running, reading, and spending time with family. He’s also recently started learning how to play golf.
