Bobby leads environmental investigation and remediation projects across the Pacific Northwest. He specializes in groundwater and soil cleanup, regulatory negotiations, and engagement. He also has extensive experience managing complex remediation efforts under agency oversight.
During his career, Bobby has managed site assessments, coordinated with key parties, and supported compliance with agreed orders, consent decrees, and environmental regulations. He has directed hundreds of Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments and brings expertise in petroleum-contaminated sites, light nonaqueous phase liquid (LNAPL) recovery systems, and legacy infrastructure demolition. His portfolio includes projects for the Port of Everett and Port of Moses Lake, where he has guided cleanup programs from planning and permitting through implementation and reporting.
Outside of work, Bobby enjoys skiing, rafting, mountain biking, and cheering on his daughter’s soccer team.
