Neil is the lead for the Bristol office and is involved in operational management, business development and growth in the South West regional markets. He has broad and extensive experience in the planning and implementation of a wide variety of transport and multidisciplinary land development projects.
As a Project Director, Neil has been responsible for providing strategic advice and managing technical service delivery to support complex residential, commercial, leisure, education, energy and waste and mixed-use developments across the United Kingdom, acting for housebuilders, asset owners, and landowners. With his specialist skills in transport, he also acts for clients as an expert witness at public inquiries, informal hearings and local plan examinations.
Significant projects that Neil has contributed to include strategic residential-led developments at North Whiteley, Woolwell, Charlton Hayes and The Vale. He’s also worked on major employment developments at Bristol and Bath Science Park, Airbus Technology Park, Gloucester Business Park and Portsmouth Naval Base 2030 Plan.
Outside of work, Neil leads an active life and loves nothing more than going on cycle rides with his wife, two girls and lab, skiing the Alps and surfing the North Devon coast. He less enjoys supporting Tottenham Hotspur FC.
