With 25 years of environmental consulting experience, Kathleen provides ecological services to our clients. In her role as discipline leader, she focuses on driving technical excellence—promoting quality, safety, innovation, and risk management processes for our Environmental Services team in North America.
Kathleen’s workplace passions are leading engaged teams, creating technical communities, and collaborating to deliver exceptional work. As a member of Stantec’s Canada Council for Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, she champions initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
When she is not focused on aquatic ecology or fish habitat deliverables, Kathleen enjoys paddling in the water in her own backyard—canoeing, kayaking, and tubing with her family down the Grand River.
