George finds satisfaction in delivering sustainable infrastructure projects that meet the needs of evolving communities. As the North American discipline lead for our Civil Conveyance group, he provides strategic leadership to advance our capabilities. He focuses on setting the vision for the discipline, fostering innovation, working collaboratively across the continent to identify opportunities and resources, and promoting/maintaining internal technical standards.
In addition to his leadership responsibilities, George serves as a supervising engineer and technical lead on utility, infrastructure, and conveyance design projects. Over his 20 year career with us, he’s been personally responsible for over 500 miles (805 kilometres) of pipeline design and other site-related civil engineering design, primarily for water and wastewater treatment plants and pump stations.
Away from work, George enjoys spending quality time outdoors—hiking, skiing, fishing—and travelling with his friends and family.
