Tyler is an engineer and sector lead in the Geotechnical Engineering division of our Burnaby, British Columbia office. His diverse experience in Western Canada includes supervision and coordination of large scale, often remote, site investigation and instrumentation programs, laboratory testing programs, and provision of construction monitoring services. Tyler’s experience spans numerous sectors including energy (pipelines, midstream facilities, and export terminals), power transmission lines, municipal and transportation projects, as well as a variety of commercial/retail and high-rise buildings.
Focusing on what drives clients to hire us, Tyler looks at the big picture. In his position, he’s responsible for developing and implementing detailed project execution plans, health safety and environment plans, and contracts; providing regular communication with clients and contractors; and supervising all phases of project delivery. Tyler is also responsible for providing leadership direction for the business growth, professional innovation, and quality of the geotechnical practice in Western Canada.
When he’s not in the office, Tyler likes to play hockey and spend time with his family.
