Shelley is a senior principal in our Water & Wastewater group and a regional leader for the Wastewater sector with more than two decades of experience on water, water reclamation, and biosolids projects. She loves that her work helps make the world a better place, whether it be through wastewater treatment or making drinking water safe.
Having managed multi-discipline design projects, Shelley also strives to stay technical in her work. She is a leader for aeration design and efficiency and treatment technologies such as flash mix, chemical system design, UV disinfection, and headworks design. She has a unique understanding of alternative delivery and has delivered alternative delivery projects close to $200M in construction costs. Shelley is continuously striving to help clients determine the best delivery model for their projects—this includes working with the City of Fort Collins for over 10 years in an alternative delivery model focused on collaboration.
When Shelley is not at work, you can likely find her mountain biking or camping with her daughter and husband.
