Joe brings over 23 years of experience as a civil and environmental engineer to his dual roles as our odor control service lead and our New England wastewater practice lead. He focuses on the design and construction oversight of wastewater, pump station, combined sewer overflow, and sewer separation projects.
Joe recently worked on the 2,180 ML/d headworks and odor control system upgrade at the City of Toronto’s Ashbridges Bay Wastewater Treatment Plant. He also helped residents of Sandy Hill, one of the oldest communities in the City of Ottawa, enjoy dry basements for the first time in decades with the implementation of a unique stacked stormwater storage facility solution.
