Nicholas is a specialist in the rehabilitation of community infrastructures. With more than 20 years’ experience, he has coordinated teams of professionals for the construction and rehabilitation of community infrastructures such as water supply systems, sewers, rainwater management systems, roadworks, and municipal parks.

Nicolas ensures the high technical quality of projects. He has worked for municipalities, healthcare and educational institutions, and transportation companies, in addition to partnering with the private sector on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Nicolas never ceases to imagine and implement creative solutions to meet the complex challenges facing him. Along with his team, he devotes himself to developing public infrastructure designs that will provide better management of the environmental impacts related to stormwater collection, retention, and quality.

Among his accomplishments, Nicolas has worked on the restoration of the Le Breton flats for the National Capital Commission (NCC) in Ottawa. This project required land decontamination and the preparation of an infrastructure master plan to develop a panoramic park near Parliament Hill. The challenges were immense considering the presence of historical remains and institutions like the Canadian War Museum.
