As a hydraulic project engineer with approximately 10 years of experience, Erika has built an extensive profile of community projects. Her ability to deeply engage with stakeholders places her at the forefront of collaborative design by providing appropriate options, advice, and solutions for hydraulic and fire services design.
Erika’s passion for supporting the community shines through her work and in the relationships she builds, but particularly in regional Western Australia where she’s genuinely adding value with schools, health campuses, aged care, camps, tourism sites, and local council development. She believes what makes these communities beautiful is how they are isolated, yet brought together, and anyway that we can help develop this is rewarding to Erika.
When she’s not working, you can find Erika enjoying down-time with her family. With two young sons and two Weimaraners, her family activities usually take them into nature and—whenever they can help it—taking their camper trailer to remote places to explore.
