As a certified hydraulic project engineer by trade Erika, has built an extensive profile of community projects. Her next mission? Serving as an advisor in our Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) team. Her ability to deeply engage with stakeholders places her at the forefront of implementing collaborative and safe environments for staff by providing appropriate options, advice, and solutions in workplaces.
Erika’s role focuses on promoting our SaferTogether culture and HSSE program implementation while further assisting the business to navigate company HSSE information.
When she’s not working, you can find Erika enjoying downtime with her family. With two young sons and two Weimaraners, her family activities usually take them into nature and—whenever they can help it—taking their camper trailer to remote places to explore.
