Brad has over 15 years of experience with underground mine design, project delivery, and operational support. Based in Arizona, he has supported projects across North and South America and globally, helping clients advance projects from early-stage studies through execution.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Brad values strong client relationships, clear communication, and aligning technical solutions with project objectives. He brings a practical, operations-focused perspective to mine planning, infrastructure trade-offs, and large-scale underground development, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and site personnel to deliver safe, buildable solutions.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys football, mentoring youth athletics, and exploring business and technology ideas.
