Dr. Roger Vreugdenhil empowers teams to be agile and achieve breakthrough performance. Drawing on 25 years of experience in strategy, resilience, decision making and leadership, he’s often found facilitating teams to solve complex problems and leading conversations that are rich in insight and action.
As director for our consulting operations in Qatar, Roger works closely with the Public Works Authority—Ashghal—as they implement the Qatar National Vision 2030 and prepare for the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar. He creates new ways of working, focusing as much on group dynamics and relationships as on excellence in infrastructure operations.
Roger practices both diagnostic and dialogic approaches to organization development and change. This is lived out daily in the transformational work he leads in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual, multi-faith, multi-generational Middle East workplace and global community environment. With a strong focus on innovation and honoring people, he supports clients towards next practice. He’s a member of the Inclusion and Diversity Council for Middle East and Europe, who together explore how encouraging teams to celebrate individual uniqueness is key to sustaining a thriving workplace and to building community.
Roger holds a master’s degree in engineering from Caltech and a doctorate from the University of Canterbury in his homeland of New Zealand.
