Growing up in Lima, Peru, Francisco developed an early awareness of how culture, history, and people shape the places around us. Today, this appreciation continues to guide his design leadership work and informs his belief that great design starts with a shared story.
For more than two decades, Francisco’s been involved in healthcare, higher education, commercial, civic, mixed-use, and urban development projects across North America and internationally. He enjoys engaging with clients and project teams to understand what matters most to them. Weaving those perspectives into a clear narrative that guides design decisions, he helps align key parties around a common vision and navigate complexity with clarity and purpose.
When he isn’t busy leading design projects, Francisco enjoys traveling with his wife and three children, exploring cities through architecture, and finding inspiration in the stories that connect people to their communities.
