With more than 40 years in planning, consulting, engineering, design, and construction, Gary is a leader in the south-eastern region of the Energy business line. Following a “seller-doer” model, his role has historically been project management. Gary was recently named regional sales lead for the Gulf Region, a more senior role in delivering projects to our clients.
Solving problems and generating an engineered solution has always been a passion for Gary, and he takes satisfaction in knowing he played a role in the enhancement of a community.
Dedicated to his clients, Gary has spent a lifetime learning the business and providing quality service. His current role provides him the opportunity to use a more hands-off, approach to project management, enabling him to focus his effort and leadership as an advisor to his staff and project team members and helping them to use and grow their creativity and problem-solving skills. He encourages his staff to thrive in the execution process, while providing the necessary guidance to ensure client satisfaction and timely execution.
In his spare time, Gary has enjoyed playing and refereeing ice hockey from which he recently “retired,” allowing him to pursue his other passions at home which includes interacting with his five grandchildren.
