Kylie’s human resources (HR) responsibilities cover our people in China, India, Taiwan, New Zealand and Australia, and include recruitment, training and development, conflict resolution, executive coaching, team-building, change management, compensation and benefits, contract and policy design, engagement and retention approaches, and data analytics and reporting. And that isn’t an exhaustive list.
As an HR generalist, Kylie has experience building HR from the ground up. She’s an accredited organisational psychologist and holds a Masters and PhD in organisational psychology.
The direct contribution Kylie makes to people’s wellbeing and their experience of the Company is what keeps her here and drives her forward. Plus, she loves working with her team, who she says are passionate about the welfare of others and improving how we do things here.
