Gary is a registered site professional with the Newfoundland Department of Environment and Climate Change (ECC). At Stantec, he is a senior environmental scientist with experience spanning over two decades in environmental consulting. He’s worked in a variety of fields including phased environmental site assessments (ESAS), design and implementation of remediation programs, hazardous building material assessments, indoor air quality assessments, and environmental monitoring.
Recently, Gary has been in the role of a project manager and/or client contact for environmental Standing Offer Agreements (SOAs) with Defence Construction Canada (Goose Bay Remediation Project, DCC Atlantic) and Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), as well as many other governmental and commercial industrial clients.
When he is not at work, Gary can be found relaxing at his cabin where he likes to spend time in the great outdoors hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, and quadding.
