Specializing in discretionary permitting and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), his home field advantage is a fully-integrated team of technical experts. His game-winning strategy is saving clients time and money by avoiding permit triggers and obtaining exemptions when possible, streamlining projects using his diverse knowledge of environmental regulations and legal policies governing land-use.
Like him, Michael’s teammates love what they do, excel in their field, and do what it takes to get the job done. To build morale, he opens doors and encourages team members. In turn, when asked to give 110% to meet a deadline, they’re all in.
A father of two, Michael says his wife’s support enables him to give his all at home, work, and in the community. Most recently, as a volunteer with the Ventura search and rescue team, he assisted with evacuation and clean-up throughout the Thomas Fire and Montecito flooding.
