Bob’s background is in the planning and design-level analyses of flood protection systems, stormwater and wastewater collection systems, stormwater pollution prevention plans, pump station facilities, and open channel and water distribution systems. He is the acting Engineer-of-Record for the Monarch-Chesterfield, Riverport, and Lakeside 370 Levee District’s. This involves the management and oversight of all design and construction of ongoing levee projects. Bob reviews all development plans within the levee boundaries to ensure the integrity of all flood control structures are maintained. Additionally, he advises the Levee District Boards and municipalities on all issues associated with flood control, USACE and FEMA coordination, and potential flood fighting efforts.
