Nathan believes good design enhances the human spirit. His design philosophy is centered around people—he creates places that work, that are efficient, flexible, and responsive. One of Nathan’s greatest strengths is his ability to synthesize solutions quickly and to transform ideas into visual forms.
In addition to strong design sense, Nathan understands how to transform complex concepts into built projects—systems integration is an integral part of his design philosophy. Nathan works with our team where architects and engineers design together at the conception of a project to create successful, sustainable solutions. His designs create a place that fits the desired needs as well as the greater context of the physical site, community, and culture.
Outside of work, Nathan focuses his creativity on music, maintaining a recording studio in his home. He also finds great enjoyment in racing cars and loves activities that come with a thrill.
