Jeff has dedicated his two-decade career to providing feasible, cost-effective, and constructible transportation designs. As a child, he brought his imagination to life through building blocks and constructing roadways for his toy cars. Fast forward to his role as a senior project manager, he enjoys seeing his work come to life, knowing his designs help drivers get home safely at night.
Jeff excels at partnering with owners, listening to the public, and leading design teams to solutions that improve daily commutes. One of his most rewarding projects with significant public engagement has been the widening of SH 121 from Collin County Outer Loop to CR 635. The newly divided roadway with three grade separations helps ease congestion and improve safety through a heavily traveled corridor in this rapidly growing area of Collin County, Texas.
Even when relaxing, Jeff relishes a challenge—you can often find him on the golf course when he is not cheering on his children at sporting events on the weekend.
