Paul is the construction management leader for our water group in the Northeast. With over 38 years of experience managing construction field operations, he is known for his hands-on approach and the trusting relationships he develops with owners and contractors.
A licensed professional engineer and certified construction manager, Paul combines design engineering excellence with construction know-how. Whether it’s a construction manager at risk or design-build, he leads delivery teams through multi-phased projects, while ensuring design compliant quality.
One of Paul’s most rewarding projects was managing the response and recovery of New York City Department of Environmental Protection’s Rockaway Wastewater Treatment Plant in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy. There, he was tasked with assembling a construction management team from across the country to be on-site within 24-hours to bring the plant’s primary treatment and critical processes back on-line within two weeks.
In his spare time, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, saltwater fishing, competitive sailing and attending live music events.
