Jason thrives in the business of making new things and creating places people love. With more than 25 years of architecture, construction, and urban design experience, he maintains a conviction for walkable, economically strong neighborhoods activated by pedestrian-oriented development.
As a principal and practice leader, Jason successfully leads projects from vision to implementation by connecting with industry leaders, facilitating entitlements, leading architecture and placemaking charrettes, and prioritizing a multidisciplinary approach. He loves that he gets to do work with fun, talented people that are passionate about walkable neighborhoods, iconic architecture, sustainable buildings, perfect lighting, and joyful interiors.
Outside of work, Jason loves to pull along back trails in his pop-up camper, wake up in the chilly morning, enjoy a stovetop espresso, and then find an aspen trail to hike. Other times, he spends quality time with his three boys and wife—together, they all love to play, coach, and kick the soccer ball then go watch some British Premier League highlights.
