She possesses strong leadership and management skills for large-scale, complex projects, and is experienced in all phases of the design process.
Paula understands the intricacies of managing proton therapy projects. She thoroughly manages all aspects of the architectural process from concept through completion, including the scheduling and budget process as well as the management of multiple consultants. Paula believes that great design is achieved through an understanding of the client’s vision and finding creative solutions to challenging parameters.
