Russ has over 30 years of experience overseeing the organization of multi-discipline teams to effectively provide value-added solutions to our clients. He has an excellent understanding of government and public sector clients, private land development, buildings, and industrial related projects. He recognizes the value of strong client relationships and of providing quality service by motivating teams to work collaboratively to deliver efficient and innovative projects.

A University of Alberta graduate, Russ has served on many professional committees with Alberta Public Works Association, the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta, and the Consulting Engineers of Alberta. He’s also the former chair for the Urban Development Institute chapter of Red Deer.
Russ is a strong advocate of community involvement and has served on several boards and committees for local organizations including the Board of Directors for the 2019 Canada Winter Games, Canadian National Institute for the Blind, Red Deer College, Red Deer Regional Health Foundation, and Red Deer Minor Hockey, in addition to his active participation as a Rotarian for over 20 years.
