In a world where sustainability, climate change and environmental concerns are at the forefront of corporate responsibility, Jessie's sustainability role allows her to advise how to incorporate climate change considerations in projects and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Along with being detail-oriented, Jessie combines her technical skills with local government experience in thinking strategically to look at a decision's long-term, high-level impact by analyzing and understanding the details and context. She’s aware that our choices matter now and have future impacts, so helping clients understand the importance of adapting to climate change and reducing climate impacts is what she enjoys most about her work. Jessie’s sustainability plan for our business will provide a roadmap of initiatives for the Company to reduce emissions and operate more sustainably—something she knows will contribute towards future-proofing our communities.
Outside work she loves to travel and experience different cultures and food or sit back and watch a great sci-fi movie.
