Sail is the director of our Digital Innovation group for Taiwan. He leads digital transformation initiatives that help clients across the Asia Pacific region unlock the value of data, technology, and innovation. With expertise spanning information management, environmental planning, geographic information systems (GIS), asset management, AI, and smart infrastructure, he works with organizations to turn complex data into actionable insights.
Among his achievements Sail counts the award-winning Taoyuan Sewerage Cloud-Based Smart Management System and Taoyuan Smart Water Resource Recovery Center Cloud Management Platform. Both were recognized for advancing smart water management and digital innovation.
