Responsible for our overall business in British Columbia, Brian has spent his career leading large-scale environmental assessments and consultation efforts for a range of energy, ports, mining, and linear infrastructure clients. His passion? Building great teams and helping them grow and succeed.
Originally from Nova Scotia, Brian has lived in Indonesia and Singapore before settling in Vancouver—this allowed him to develop a deep appreciation for diversity in teams, clients, and projects. He’s led numerous environmental assessments under the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, BC Environmental Assessment Act and implemented associated permitting and environmental management plans across Canada and Asia.
Brian serves on the Boards of the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies British Columbia, and Clean Energy BC. He’s active in the community with Scouts Canada, Little League, and the parent advisory group for his kids’ school.
