Based in Melbourne, Gerrard is the business development and strategy manager within our Water team. There, he helps deliver services to advance our clients’ projects, coordinate teams, facilitate workshops, and manage contracts.
Gerrard’s work helps provide our communities with essential water and sanitation services. He believes that the better the service we are able to provide, the bigger differences we can make for our communities—including the development of more sustainable and value-for-money solutions. A career highlight for Gerrard was managing a contract for remediation works on the Hume Dam on the border of Victoria and New South Wales—one of Australia’s most important dams. Being part of a highly collaborative project team achieving award winning outcomes on an iconic infrastructure asset was one of his most satisfying achievements.
Gerrard loves giving back via volunteer work, including mentoring graduate and senior engineers and through his work as a board member of the Institute of Value Management Australia.
