Blending creativity and functionality using a collaborative approach, Marissa is dedicated to creating innovative and inspiring spaces where people want to live and work. Her expertise spans workplace, academic, healthcare, labs, multi-family, hospitality, and lobby repositioning projects.
In her 30-year career, she has led the design of major projects for clients like ExxonMobil, MD Anderson, and Houston Methodist. Committed to mentorship, she also teaches at the University of Houston, shaping the next generation of architects in design, leadership, and professional development.
Outside of work, Marissa enjoys art, travel, and visiting her mom in Manila.
