As a civil engineer, Ignacio brings enthusiasm and experience to his role as area manager in our Fort McMurray office in northern Alberta, Canada. He’s well-versed in project management, contract administration, field inspections, and geotechnical engineering for urban rehabilitation and municipal construction.
Ignacio is a creative problem solver who strives for innovative and practical solutions in all his projects. He participates in a variety of municipal projects around Fort McMurray. A project highlight was construction management of Kiyam Park—the first project for a big downtown revitalization project. He’s a member of associations including the Fort McMurray Chamber of Commerce, BILD Wood Buffalo, Consulting Engineers of Alberta Wood Buffalo, and the Fort McMurray Construction Association.
When he’s not leading his team at the office, Ignacio is passionate about all things soccer related and is thrilled that the next World Cup is coming to Canada. Not only does he enjoy watching soccer, but he plays it for fun and takes part in Fort McMurray tournaments.
