As a sustainable building specialist and regional lead of our US Mountain Carbon Impact team, Samira is committed to advancing integrated sustainable design—by setting and meeting ambitious sustainability targets within the design and analysis of high-performance and net zero energy buildings. For over ten years, she has collaborated on projects throughout North America and across the globe, providing creative solutions for energy and carbon reduction.
Samira’s deep care for building occupants and passion for expanding the boundaries of sustainability inspires her working knowledge of efficient and renewable clean energy strategies. She is skilled in building energy modeling for design assistance, verification of energy codes and standards, net zero energy, and performance evaluation against green building rating system energy benchmarks.
Not only does Samira have a passion for sustainability, but she also enjoys traveling and exploring the world, hiking, and painting in an impressionist style in her downtime.
