Tim brings more than 45 years of domestic and international experience in engineering, project management, operations, and pipeline development for the oil and gas industry. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from concept development, front-end engineering design (FEED) through detailed design, engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) execution, and operations. Tim has led both onshore and offshore projects worldwide and has served as an expert witness before regulatory agencies.
Based in Houston, Texas, Tim focuses on growing our pipeline business across the United States and globally by strengthening client relationships, building new partnerships, supporting project delivery, and expanding high-performing teams. Throughout his career, he has witnessed the evolution of pipeline infrastructure and values the opportunity to contribute to projects that advance innovation, environmental stewardship, and industry progress.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time in Canada and Mexico with his wife, Diane, and their Yorkie, Troy. An avid sports enthusiast, he enjoys golf, squash, and playing hockey, and remains a Calgary Flames fan.
