Focused on stormwater quality, Jen has over 15 years of experience in the water sector and is proud to play a role in bettering local water resources.
Jen specializes in providing municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) program management and permit support, planning and implementation of illicit discharge detection and elimination (IDDE) programs, stormwater treatment and best management planning and design, and watershed and total maximum daily load (TMDL) planning and implementation. She keeps current with regional regulations pertaining to stormwater and enjoys collaborating directly with clients across the Northeast. In all that she does, Jen is committed to finding innovative and efficient ways to achieve regulatory compliance while protecting and improving our natural resources.
Jen lives in Salem, Massachusetts, with her husband, daughter, and dog and spends time exploring New England beaches and mountains, gardening, kayaking, and lobstering.
