Will is a water resources engineering program manager, as well as a hazard mitigation program manager. He has 15 years of experience as a program manager, project manager, and hydrologist with a background in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and water resource management.
As a project management professional, certified floodplain manager, and an Envision Sustainability professional, Will has experience in several of Federal Emergency Management Agency’s programs, State flood hazard programs, and local community stormwater management. The majority of his work includes project management of federal projects, technical review of floodplain mapping projects, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, GIS mapping for FEMA flood studies, “No-Rise”, dam breach, stormwater management and interior drainage analyses, and erosion control. Will’s philosophy about water resources projects is to bridge the gap between technical and managerial aspects to provide clients with a collaborated team.
