Helping to deliver the ultimate waterfront residential estate
When Bisinella Developments set out to create the ultimate waterfront residential estate on the Bellarine Peninsula, they engaged us for town planning, survey, civil design, structural design, project management, and contract administration through the design and delivery phase of the land subdivision.
As the lead consultant working for the developer, we provided engineering design services for the roads and to create the subdivision, as well as a single-span road and pedestrian bridge over Griggs Creek. We also worked on the sensitive foreshore area including coastal cliff rehabilitation and new beach access stairs.
The resulting Baywater Estate is a highly sought after residential community, which is well connected to both Curlewis, and an improved open space network along the Port Phillip Bay foreshore. The 363-lot residential development is located 15 minutes outside of Geelong with panoramic views across Port Phillip Bay and the You Yang Ranges in Victoria. Completed in 2021, the estate won the 2022 UDIA Victoria award for the best residential development achieved by tiered construction with wide streets leading to the bay.
