Brookwater Estate

Brookwater is a master planned residential development centered around one of Queensland’s finest golf courses. Located just 30 minutes from Brisbane, the site provides low- and medium-density housing options for over 3,000 residents and stretches across a bushland setting with a golf and country club at its heart. For the past 15 years we’ve partnered with Springfield City Group to deliver this groundbreaking project. 

Our team led the engineering design, harnessing the steep and challenging site conditions to create residential allotments that support custom designed houses with connections to open space vistas. And while the golf course forms a beautiful outlook for properties within the estate, it’s also a key element of the stormwater management regime we developed—treatment and reduction of stormwater discharge from the development is managed by the golf course. Stormwater harvesting and reuse facilities will mitigate ongoing costs, maintenance, and irrigation of the course. 

With its award-winning open space and connections to adjacent nature reserves, Brookwater also encourages an active lifestyle for residents with pedestrian links to surrounding suburbs and the Springfield Town Centre.
