Complex data center projects demand precision and collaboration at every stage. On this confidential project, we delivered digital engineering services across both design and construction phases. At first, we were embedded within the design team. The builder later engaged us as standalone building information modeling (BIM) managers, in a role that spanned the full digital engineering life cycle.

Our team developed customized BIM execution plans, hosted and managed common data environments, and provided software and collaboration workflow training to project teams. We supported a culture of collaboration and accountability across multiple disciplines by leading weekly coordination workshops. We also drove clash detection and resolution using Revizto, audited models, and generated digital reporting.

This structured approach allowed the delivery team to achieve fully coordinated LOD400 BIM models and documentation, significantly reducing the chance of costly on-site rework. Additionally, our technical support extended beyond compliance to help designers, contractors, and fabricators work more efficiently together, bridging the gap between design intent and construction delivery.
