Building a new city from the ground up can be a daunting task, but we were up for the challenge to help create Australia’s first masterplanned municipality in almost a century. In partnership with the Springfield City Group for over 20 years, we’re providing the expertise and guidance to deliver infrastructure and planning for the new city of Greater Springfield in South East Queensland.
Together, we’ve created a best-in-class, award-winning community, with essential services and infrastructure that support all residents and businesses. We continue to deliver consultancy services that include engineering, urban development, traffic and transportation, infrastructure, project management, geotechnical and materials testing, as well as water and wastewater services. An interconnected green open space, featuring extensive pathways and bikeways, already connects amenities with the community—with plans for a network of sustainable transportation systems, busways, and more bikeways as the city develops and grows.
Now the fastest growing community in South East Queensland, Greater Springfield is currently home to over 32,000 people and is expected to grow to 140,000 by 2030. Standing on this strong foundation, the new city will continue to provide everything people need to thrive and live up to their best potential.
