Building a luxury high-rise apartment in Sydney’s Parramatta Precinct
The new Lennox project luxury high-rise apartments feature three floors of retail spacing and a conference centre which opens to the spectacular views of the Parramatta River Promenade. Located in New South Wales, this project stands 46 storeys high, with nine floors of automated basement car parking.
A significant challenge faced in the project was creating drainage services to meet an extremely complex building structure. As hydraulic services consultant, our team’s dedicative approach to developing the workshop drawings for the buildings hydraulic services was successful. Our engineers worked closely with all stakeholders and services to embed a clear strategy to assure the design was completed on time, meeting all our client’s project requirements. Our inventive and collaborative approach to problem-solving helps bring designs to life through creative solutions.
Now complete, our hydraulic design is robust, supporting the population of the building and providing adequate amenities for all residents.
