Bringing superior, lavish accommodations to downtown Melbourne
Encompassing four luxury towers delivered in two stages, this project, West Side Place, is located in one of the newest mixed-use developments in Melbourne. The $1 billion development will create new residential inner-city living options and become the first flagship location for the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Victoria.
West Side Place will include function spaces and also features luxury residential apartments. The common podium includes a ground floor lobby, 3,000 square metres of retail space and basement car park facilities for visitors. The integrated design team, led by Cottee Parker and Associates for architecture and interiors, relied on the Stantec team to provide mechanical, electrical, communications, fire engineering, acoustics, specialty lighting, and vertical transportation services.
Once completed, this project will become a luxury precinct that offers new community entertainment and facilities for Victorian residents and international travelers.
