Bridgepoint is a healthcare centre focused on complex health conditions. It partners with both acute centers and community-based providers to ensure patients who need long-term recuperation or rehabilitation get the services they need. Elements include a positive environment and dedicated healthcare professionals who share their recovery goals.

Built in the 1960s, the existing hospital lacked the space and amenities to provide the transformative care that defines healthcare today. When Bridgepoint partnered with us for the building of a new hospital, they embraced our proposal to use operational readiness planning. This approach involved collaboration throughout the project and aims at transforming the care, not just the building.
